The closing ceremony of the Reykjavik Open was held in the Reykjavik City Hall. Þórdís Lóa Þórhallsdóttir, head of city council welcomed the guests.
Geert van der Walde, CEO of Chessable, one of the main sponsors of the tournament, handed out the prizes with president of ICF Gunnar Bjornsson and vice-president Johanna Björg Jóhannsdóttir
